Why can't I switch my premium plan to free!? Please help!

Spotify Premium with Hulu Plan ($9.99/month)




When I tried to switch it from Premium to Free, there is NOTHING under "Available Plans". I followed the instructions on how to cancel your premium plan via the Spotify article but there is no "Cancel Premium". I NEED to cancel this but I can't continue paying for it if it's like this. I also saw that apparently it might be associated a partner company but I don't know how to find that? It said that its contact information is under "Payment" but it's not there!!

There are SO many loops to this. No customer service for phone, ambiguous layout, no way to delete card info from your account, etc. Why did I even get switched to Premium from Premium Student all of a sudden and got charged 50% more without me knowing? Someone help!

Also I don't have a Hulu account, nor have I activated it yet via Services on Spotify "Accounts" page

Update: I can't even activate the Hulu if I wanted to, it gives me an error. I really don't want to get charged again by Spotify, please help.

Update: I also didn't pay it through iTunes. says that I can see who to contact under "Payment" but there's just "order history", "saved payment cards", and "redeem"...which is nothing related to this. I checked order history and it has receipts but it's all addressed to Spotify. Nowhere did it give contact info for a 3rd party I need to contact (why?) to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

If you cannot see the CANCEL PREMIUM button when following the steps mentioned in this article, and you're not subscribed through a third party company, it's possible that you're following the process on a different account by mistake.

In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you with the cancelation process.
