Why can't my partner access our premium duo plan from the app?

My husband is on the same plan but can only access the plan from his laptop. Is that right? What's the point of a couple sharing a plan if we cannot both access from our phones.

Every member of the Duo plan are able to access their accounts in multiple devices.

My suggestion is that your husband double check his log in credentials and make sure they're the same as the ones he uses when logging in his laptop.
