Why cant I premium I have sufficient balance

Can anyone help me please I really want spotify premium :(( It always says "oops something went wrong" How can I fix this?? I tried using other browsers and clearing cache but it still wont work?

Since you've tried clearing your cache and cookies and other browsers with the same results, I suggest contacting Smart.

They should be able to give you more information about why this subscription isn't going through.

As a last resource, you can try using a different payment method to process the purchase.
