Why cant I subscribe to Premium?

My Question or Issue

 

Somehow my subscriptionhas changed to "Premium Family", and when i try to change it to only premium,  it's not available for my account. Why? 

I dont need premium family, i dont even have a family

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you try using another device if possible?

 

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
