Why cant I use my paid 3 month Premium ?

Why cant I use my paid 3 month Premium ?

On my bank I can see that the payment for 3 month for kt 9,00 (denmark) have been drawn 30-MAY-2017, but still I can´t use it.

I have try everything that I can read about under "HELP" - even uninstall spotify an install again..

Hope someone can help me !!

No I havent received that email !!

Thanks for letting me know. It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂


A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.


If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.

Okay I hope so - because usaully here in DK when we can se it on our bank account it means that the transaction have been completed ... but I will contact my bank on monday an check up on this !!
