Why did my Premium subscription plan change from individual to family plan?

Why did my Premium subscription plan change from individual to family plan?

Got a email welcoming me to the premium family and was curious and when i checked the account it was switched and i just switched it back and changed my password. Am i going to get charged for the family account since it was switched to family plan for like 22mins?

If your subscription was changed during an unauthorized access to your account, we'd recommend performing all steps in this guide and reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.

Same thing happened to me. I’m going through with suing them as they changed my subscription without my knowledge or consent to a family plan when I’ve always paid for individual. I changed it and then they did it again.
