My account is showing free on the website and I am getting limited skips and getting ads in the app. I have purchased subscription on march for 3 months.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Due to the reports we've received and our findings, we're not able to replace the time you have lost from your trial. But you're free to subscribe to Premium again. Just head to your account page and enter your payment details.

 

Please avoid posting personal payment info on public forums, as that poses a great security risk for your data.
