Why does Spotify keep taking money out

I signed up for Spotify premium a couple of months ago had the 1 month free then had near to £20 taken out of my bank however no longer had premium about a month later it’s now taken £13.99 out of my account yet I still have no premium

For now,I can suggest reaching out to Customer support . They'll be in a better position to assist you.

I should mention however that refunds can be arranged within 14 days from the last billing.
