Hello @millennialprince!
Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you out. Can you let me know if this happens only in one podcast or in all of them? If it's only in a specific title, can you let me know which one it is? If you share the console with any family members, can you ask them if this also happens to them?
Keep me posted!
All the podcasts.
Hello @millennialprince!
Thanks for your reply. Just to be sure your PlayStation has an active internet connection, head over to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection. To set up an internet connection, select Settings > Network > Set up Internet Connection. On another note, I'd recommend having at least 1GB of free memory on your device in order to use Spotify. To check your current memory usage, head to Settings > System Store Management > Free Space. You may need to delete some saved content if you have less than 1GB of free space available.
Keep me posted!
I'm having the same issue on my Samsung TV The problem is you can't uninstall the app It is one of those apps that you can just hit the reinstall button which obviously I have done I have logged out of Spotify back in still does the same thing on all podcasts You can scroll down to about 12 then you get the something went wrong error It doesn't say anything more
I also have the same problem on my Roku tv, I have tried to fix this multiple ways, and my other devices have no problems

My Question or Issue
I have an issue when I am using the spotify app on my Google TV. If I select a podcast and then start scrolling through episodes after about 10 it gives me an error "Something went wrong" and it won't let me see or listen to the list of episodes.
I tired removing spotify app and re-installing and I also did a factory reset on my Google TV but the issue persists. I called Google and they said speak to Spotify and Spotify said speak with Google. I have a feeling it is an issue with the Spotify App on Google TV as it works find on all my other devices
Hey folks!
This seems odd.
In order for us to take a further look into this, please share with us the following details 🙂
We'll be on the lookout for your replies. Many thanks!

Roku Tv, i recently updated it, and it started earlier this week
I'm using Spotify premium on my PS4 slim. And now I can't even open the app at all. I just get a perpetual black screen.
Earlier today it was even more unstable, I couldn't even open the spotify app, but I found a solution. Apparently by changing the DNS to Google, I was able to open the app on my PS4 slim. I still get the something went wrong glitch when I scroll down, but I suspect that will be remedied when the inevitable update gets released. Take care, everybody.
Hi there folks,
Thanks for your replies.
To begin with, @millennialprince, are you still seeing a black screen when trying to open Spotify on your PS4? If so, we'd recommend to Power Cycle the console, if you haven't. To do so, press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep. It’ll take about seven seconds. Then unplug the power cable of the console, monitor, or TV. Then wait for about 30 seconds before you plug them back in. Once the power cables are plugged in, turn your PS4 on and check if that helps. On another note, does this happen with any other app or just Spotify?
Now, @in_loving_memory_198, let us know the model and the OS of your Roku. You can find it from Settings> System > System update.
We'll be here.
