My Question or Issue

 I have been charged 2 times in one month. I am a premium customer and have been for quite some time. My bank has notified me that Spotify has received payment 2 times Within 3 weeks. How long have you been overcharging me. They just caught it and now I have to pour over bank statements to see verify this is the first time. Can some one please explain why this is happening? Please fix this immediately!
