Why i'm paying for Premium already 4 month and don't get it?

Hi

my bank account is showing a monthly payment of zl 19.99

but when I signed in and looking at my subscription it’s saying it’s free and not premium.
what do I need to do in sorting this issues out.
When i try to pay for once again for Premium they wrote me:
It looks like the trial version was already activated, which means you can't use it again. However, you can activate Spotify Premium.
I don't have another accounts.
