Why is my spotify premium gone, while i still have it

My account is saying that i need to upgrade to premium. But i already have this through my phone company. My phone company is also linked to my spotify so it can activate the premium. I already checked with my phone company and i still have spotify premium with them. So im really confused on why its not showing on spotify.
