Someone on my family plan had been on it, then got sent an email asking to verify. She didn't, and it kicked her off. I re-sent the invite & now it won't let her join. What's going on & how do I fix it so that it allows her to re-join? Thanks!

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated in Spotify's T&Cs.
Since the address wasn't verified following the steps on the email, the account couldn't be verified, and is blocked from the plan to avoid fraud.
If your Family member doesn't share the same address as the owner, they can still purchase a regular Premium subscription.
