Hallo, my account was premium for students.
On January 2019 the first year expired.
I reapply for another year but I now realize that Spotify never changed it even if I had a message telling it would have been modified on February 28th 2019.
Now I applied again, and now I have the same message: "Your account will be converted in Spotify for students on May 28th 2019".
How can I be sure Spotify will change my account?
How can I ask for a refund?
