Why was I overcharged N1655 instead of the N990

I was over charged and have been debited twice in just a couple of days. Please can this matter be resolved

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It may be possible that you have more than one subscription on different accounts. Could you check if that's the case with the guide from this page? You can then cancel the subscription on the account you don't want to use.
