Why wont Spotify let me change my payment method?

So I go to the subscription part of my acount page on my desktop computer in Safari, and click "update" to edit my card details as I have a new one, and it just refreshes the page and nothing's changed.

It wont let me do anything!

Same thing also happening to me, must be a fault with spotify, very very annoying.
