Won't accept any credit card

Can somebody help me with this please?

I tried with 3 different credit cards and still can get my premium back.

First have to cancel my subscription 'cause couldn't change my method of payment and then any of the 3 cards I tried worked.

Do this happend often ? If so, what can I do to fix it. 

I really really want my premium back.

Hey @Leylen,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
