Won't allow all family members to be on at the same time

Won't allow all family members to be on at the same time

I have the Premium subscription, and have invited family members to join.  Isn't the idea to be able to have all your family members use their Spotify access at the SAME time???  One of my family members can't even get access, while one other can.  We've tried canceling their invite and re-sending to a new email, etc.  Nothing works.  I can't get any help from the chat service... they just say 'it should work'.  Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear this! Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

Members should receive an email with a link when joining. They'll then need to open and click 'accept', to be redirected to the account page and confirmation screen. 

 

If they're not already logged in or don't have an account yet, we'd recommend logging in, or signing up before seeing the confirmation. This should help!

 

If this doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend re-inviting them from a different device, browser, or incognito window.
