I purchased three months of premium for 99p but I am still not receiving premium. I have logged out and back in again, deleted and re downloaded the app etc but still nothing. I have had a receipt of my purchase and the money is out of my account. Anyone know why it's not working? Thanks!

I'm having the same exact problem. Tried everything listed above, my apps won't upgrade to premium, yet the web version is premium and it says that i'm a Premium user on the web.
Tried to log directly with Facebook, and even changing password.. Nothing
My subscribe is renewed at 21/08 and I don't have premium who is responsible for this ? 2 days I don't have access to premium.....
