Won't verify I'm a student

Hello, I am trying to activate my student premium account but although Spotify recognizes my college it will not verify me as a student. I tried to submit my transcript and class schedule as well but it would not take the file format. Any suggestions?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to verify your student details again.
