Wow i got hit twice by Spotify 129 for 3 months

I got hit twice by Spotify 129 add. I've register today June 4 and it charges to my credit card visa same last may.
But I didn't get the premium service.
What's happening.
Is this a bogus add by Spotify.
What can I say. Very disappointing client.
Return my money. I will never use this Spotify
