Hi i have a big Problem i bought myself 2x 10€ Cards for Spotify Family after i opend the Key code i noticed that its only working for normal Premium can i somehow get my money back or still use Family with it ?

Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, student discount, or trial offers.

 

Lastly, Spotify gift cards bought from a store can’t be refunded by Spotify, but you can ask the store if you can get a refund.
