My Question or Issue

Hi! My mom wanted to cancele her subscription, but deleted her account instead (ends of February). Then, after it she was charged again for her subscription a few days ago. So, I created a new account with her previous email address (the one that had the subscription) and obviously since it is a new account there is no way to cancele it or erase her bank information. How can we solve this issue? Are they gonna keep charging us?

Thanks for the post.

 

Most likely your mother had two Spotify accounts with an active Premium subscription to begin with. The second account, is probably still open. It might be created with Facebook/ Apple or a similar email address like user@gmail.com and user@hotmail.com

 

We'd suggest checking this article for helpful tips on finding the second account and canceling the other Premium subscription as well.
