This is getting really frustrating.

 

I moved from GB to CH, and have updated my payment details from a UK card to a Swiss card. So far so good. I clicked through on account ->change country, chose Switzerland and entered my new Swiss card. Again, all good.

 

Then when I go back to the home page, it still shows GB as my country. Darn. So I cancel premium, and recreate it, selecting Switzerland as my country. Sign out/in, and yet... still showing up as GB.


This is even more annoying as I have some free 1-month vouchers to use... but these are only valid is Switzerland... 

 

Any idea what's going on? Really frustrating!

Hey @Spinal,

 

As stated in this support article, the new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

 

It won't update before that. 🙂

Oh - screenshot... GB is the country, yet looking on the right it's clear I'm billed in swiss francs...

As stated in this support article, the new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

 

It won't update before that. 🙂
