01/06 I ended my spotify premium account. My app said that it would expire at the 1st of june so in the morning I downgraded to the free version again, thinking that I wouldnt had to pay anymore. But suddenly in the evening there was an incasso stating I had to pay €9,99. But as I said before I already ended my premium account, so I sent the incasso back. And now the blocked my account... is there someway I get to keep my account? And is it indeed wrong that they charged me another €9,99? Otherwise I am willing to still pay the money...

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
