My Question or Issue

I have been in a family plan for about 2 years now, and last time I had spent all my money from my bank account, so Spotify failed to charge me for a subscription. Then I clicked "renew plan", and typed my credit card details, but I have been charged for indywidual plan instead of family, so all my family members are now left with no music. How do I repair this?

Thanks for posting about this here!

 

No worries - all you need to do is re-subscribe to Premium Family here.

When you do so, your subscription renewal date will be brought forward by about 10 days to account for the difference in price between the two subscription plans.

Then all you need to do is send invites to your family members from your account overview page here and you'll be back to normal.
