Wrong subscription - cancel

Hello,

 

I have subscribed for a yearly fee of 119,89€ thinking that it was Spotify Family.

It seems to be Premium and would like to cancel given I have a 14-day period to do so if I have not used Spotify since then which is the case.

Anyhow, I can’t get to find any means to cancel it. Under “My subscription”, there is nothing to modify or cancel, just one item to know more or to subscribe.

Can you please help?

Did you purchase Premium for a year directly from Spotify or through a third party? If you purchased Premium through Spotify, could you try canceling your subscription here? If you're not able to, could you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing after you follow those steps? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

 

If you purchased your subscription through a third party or a partner, then I'd recommend getting in touch with them since they have further access to canceling your subscription.
