My Question or Issue

 So, I've recently decided to try the 30-trial Premium, i've went ahead entered my PayPal, logged in and stuff and I honestly don't know maybe I messed up, but I've been charged for 12 months of Spotify Premium which I don't want, I haven't listened to any songs on Spotify but I have downloaded a Playlist since I didn't see the 12-month payment until now, and I want a refund or just cancel my subscription, I

I've already been refunded the money back, thanks for the help though 🙂
