My Question or Issue

So recently, I decided to change my account so that it would be more up-to-date with my other accounts' username while using the same email as before. I know that I'm not able to use a free trial anymore, but recently, I tried to use the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate's free six month trial of Spotify Premium. However, it gave me the error that I wasn't eligible because I had already done a free trial before. Is there any way to remedy this?

Note: I am not using Chrome. I'm using Firefox.

Since you've tried Premium in the past, you are ineligible to get the Premium and Xbox Game Pass 6 months Free Trial Offer, since it's only for users who haven't tried Premium in the past.
