Xbox game pass 6 month free trial not eligible?

My Question or Issue

I receive email from Microsoft with option to redeem 6 months free trial, I'm trying without success. Alays receive alert that I'm not eligible.

Tried to use different browsers, like Edge, nothing helped.

Any ideas?

thanks for reaching out about this !

The reason you're not able get the trial is because the offer isn't available in Canada.

For the moment, the offer is only available to users in the UK and the US.
