Ya se acredito el pago pero mi cuenta sigue pausada

Tengo el plan premium familiar pero me olvide de pagar y me pasaron la cuenta, ayer ya acredite el pago en la tarjeta que tengo puesta pero mi cuenta todavía sigue pausada y ya me descontaron, alguna solución?

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community! Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the forum's official language.

 

If a Spotify payment doesn’t go through as usual, you won't immediately lose your subscription. We’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days.

 

But after a certain point your account will be reverted to the free service. After that you should be able to renew your subscription by reentering your payment details.

 

The system doesn't save the info about your Family plan if your account goes to free, so you'll just need to re-invite your family members with the steps here.

 

When they accept their invitations, everything should work as it used to.
