Hi,

i´ve changed my abo to yearly, so i´ve got the conformation from paypal.

One question, i´ve already payed 9,99€ for december, so why do i have to pay the 99€ now and not only in janurary?

Thx

Re: Yearly Rate

Hi,

my account has been charged twice in december. Once with 9.99€/monthly and once with 99.99€/yearly. I thought the yearly rate would be charged in january 2018 because i´ve already payed for december.

Best regards

Re: Yearly Rate

Hello @SvenP13

you'll pay your yearly subscription as soon as you buy it from the website.

Which expiring date do you see in your Account overview ?

Re: Yearly Rate

Hi imattolo,

thanks for your reply.
The expiring date is 31.12.18. So i´ve payed for january-december 2018 in december 2017, correct?

Besr regards

How can I change my premium to a yearly subscription?

I was directed to this URL but it does not lead anywhere:
