You broke my family connection

I'm a private contractor so sometimes my cash flow is a bit slow. If I don't have the money to pay off the card that I put all my streaming accounts on I just let it go until I can afford to pay it off as apposed to running around and changing cards to keep it going.

 

Sometimes it goes past grace and my accounts get shut off. But every time I pay it off I can get back in where I left off. Hulu, Netflix all my profiles and settings are still there.

 

Not you Spotify, you completely erased my family member so I have to invite them again. wth. Why would you d? that. Just shut it down and when I pay again everything should come back to normal. That's really low.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, that's just how it is at the moment. When a Premium for Family plan expires/is canceled, all members are being removed from the plan.

 

They should have no issues joining the same plan again, though 🙂
