My Question or Issue

I was once a Spotify Premium member , than my credit card ran low , so i bought myself a pre-paid visa and i have used them before aswell. now everytime i will get a error message that the following credit card is unable to be used or some information is wrong, I have been trying for two days now and i just recently used my credit card to buy something on steam . can someone please figure out what is wrong, i need my music and you guys are killing me slowley .

Do you have any trouble signing up for Premium using an incognito window? Also, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.

Either mobile of windows won't accept the card, like I mentioned up above I have used these cards before, maybe something happend when you guys did your latest update
