I have updated the details, reinstalled all apps from all devices, logged out/in from all devices. I have not reverted from premium to free as I am certain it would charge again for something I have already paid.
My Question or Issue
This is the third month in which the money for the subscription are widthdrawn from our account and the error is still happening. The account status is Premium but apart from being able to listen online on extreme quality, there is no other premium feature to be accessed, like offline music.
If it is required I can attach some screenshots from my bank account statement, although, safety-wise I am reluctant.
I would appreciate if your actions will be prompt as this issue is getting annoying, basically I am paying for something I can get for free with a constant reminder to update my payment details.
