Just to be sure, are the charges showing as pending or completed on your end? If they're pending, the charges haven't gone through. The funds should get back to you within a few days. You can reach out to your bank for more info on pending payments.

As for your school not being listed, if your school isn't in the list for the discount, you won't be eligible at the time. You can still sign up for regular Premium here though.
