abbonamento rinnovato il 1 marzo ma disattivato oggi

salve ho rinnovato la sottoscrizione a premium il 1 marzo 2019 ma oggi mi hanno disattivato l'abbonamento dato che il plafon della mia carta di credito si rinnova ogni fine mese non è stato possibile effettuare il pagamento, come posso risolvere la questione dato che manca ancora una settimana alla scadenza del abbonamento , sono giorni che comunque ho pagato e mi infastidisce parecchio non usufruirne grazie anticipatamente Lamendola Giuseppe.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like your subscription was canceled too early.

 

This usually happens when your previous payment was delayed. For example, if it was not possible to charge you on your regular renewal date, more payment attempts will be made in the next couple of days, so you don't lose your subscription immediately. After that, you'll get charged on the regular renewal date, which might give the impression of being charged twice in a shorter period of time. 

 

You can check this in your receipts page to see if the pattern of payment dates changed. Check if there were any delays on one payment. 

 

If it looks fine, you might be logging in on the wrong account. Log out and log back in with the correct details. You can check out this help article for finding other accounts.
