My Question or Issue

Bonjour J’avais un compte spotify premium j’ai arrêté de payer car je souhaite changer de compte en recréant un nouveau compte je voudrais savoir s’il est possible de récupérer tout mes playlists, albums, et artistes auxquels j’etais abonnés dans mon nouveau compte. Une dernière question est-ce qu’il est possible d’utiliser Spotify premium hors connexion a l’étranger ?
