My Question or Issue

This month someone hacked into my account and changed my plan from premium student discount to family plan. I noticed just today that there were new playlists in my library and I was confused. So I checked my account overview and my plan was changed to family plan. I wasn’t notified at all. I got no email. If I or anyone changes my plan I should be notified right away. I already kicked the guy out of my account and changed my plan back, but I’m still left to pay for the family plan which is unfair. You guys should add a 2 step authentication factor or any other way to protect my account and even notify me if my plans change.
