My Question or Issue

 I had a premium subscription that has dissapeared (not sure what happened).  I let it go/opened a new free account (back to free/with advertisments)  but am still being billed for the subscription that I no longer have access to...

I'm very sorry to hear this. To confirm, you can't get access to your old account, so you created a new one and you're still being billed from that old account?

Yes, This is correct. 

 

When I logged in, I received a notification that there was no account used with my email. 

 

At the time, I didnt have time to investigate so I started a new account.

 

Then a month later, I noticed a charge on my credit card for 14.99

 

All of my playlists are gone...:(
