Hello.

I signed up to a three month premium trail at 99c. This didn't work (kept putting me back to free standard version) and now that the 3 months is over. My bank account is being charged a monthly service free. How to I get my money back for a service I've never had? (Not worried about 99c, just want to recover and stop monthly charge)

Hey there! If you weren't seeing premium on your account but definitely did get charged, you probably have 2 accounts. You can go to support.spotify.com to check and see if you do, and that'll give you help on how to cancel one. If you want a refund you'll have to reach out to Spotify workers on twitter or through the contact form so they can see if you're eligible. Hope this helps!
