activate 60 days premium trial in app not possible

My Question or Issue

 I tried the offer to activate 60 days premium for free. I never had a trial before and used Payback. Go through the process without an error, but never get a confirmation and premium is not acitvated. I can repeat several times without any change.

So i tried this spotify 60 days trial on Dekstop and get the same. Succesfull process, no premium and the question to try 30 days.

Could you check if your account is in Premium or if you are paying for another account with the same payment details. Can you double check this please?
