I have been trying to join my son to the Spotify Premium For Family via the invitation email. However everytime he key to confirm his name and address this error message shows up:
We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder."
I tried to invite him several times but the error still persists. If anyone is able to help resolve or reset this issue that would be great!
