I've already payed for Spotify premium and didn't receive what I've payed for. They say on the website that they are having difficulties with it. But if they knew that since April 23, why did they let me pay for it?
Please solve the problem
Paguei pelo recurso Premium no boleto mas não me liberaram, mesmo sabendo que não conseguiriam me liberar o recurso (conforme aviso do dia 23/04/2017) deixaram que eu fizesse o pagamento.
Resolvam por favor
