assinei uma oferta de plano premium gratis por 3 m no dia 26/12 e até agor

agora não foi ativada ,mesmo tendo recebido o recibo do Spotify, onde consta a forma de pagamento (cartão de crédito) que será utilizada após os 3 meses de gratuidade. Como devo proceder?
