My Question or Issue

I am a long-time subscriber and I use the autopsy with my Mastercard (Thailand-based). It had been working fine for a long time. In the past 3 months or so, I see that my account is downgraded because of a lack of payment. I go online to check it out and find out that my autopsy is now being rejected. I manually enter all my Mastercard account information again, including the security code, and it accepts payment. I reset the autopay with this information and the next month it fails again. My MasterCard has no problem with any other account including several other autopayment accounts, so this is a Spotify problem. Why is it now not working, when for close to two years it had been working fine with the same card?

Could you check this page for payment troubleshooting advice? 


It is important to also contact your bank though, because they can check if something is not right with your card and help you find the reason behind the failed recurring payments.


Does the same happen, if you try using another payment card?
