My Question or Issue
I am a long-time subscriber and I use the autopsy with my Mastercard (Thailand-based). It had been working fine for a long time. In the past 3 months or so, I see that my account is downgraded because of a lack of payment. I go online to check it out and find out that my autopsy is now being rejected. I manually enter all my Mastercard account information again, including the security code, and it accepts payment. I reset the autopay with this information and the next month it fails again. My MasterCard has no problem with any other account including several other autopayment accounts, so this is a Spotify problem. Why is it now not working, when for close to two years it had been working fine with the same card?
