I am no longer premium for no reason

My account has been a premium account for several months now. Today I noticed that I can't play individual songs anymore. I have to shuffle it. My playlists are still visible but my account status says that it is a free account. What is the problem?

My husband got a new phone and was able to log back into Spotify, but was not able to see any of his playlists or premium account? Any ideas?

I paid for my premium account and it says I've been charged on my account and on my subscriptions list on my Apple ID but it says I'm on the free account... it's been like this for 3-4 days now. What's going on??

Superuser Contribution Money is charge from two of my bank accounts but i only have one spotify account

I have two bankaccount and money has been taken from spotify both of them even if i only have one user account for spotify. When I log in to my account it only shows one payment. I only have one e-mail adress.
