Premium Payment

Everytime i enter my credit card it says it is having a bad day, so I tried a differnt one and it said the same thing. We have tried multiple times and the same message keeps popping up.

I haven't yet subscribed my premium account, so I didn't use my free month of spotify premium. If I upgrade to premium and use the offer of 0.99€ for 3 months, will I have one month free and then the 3 months for 0.99 or only the 3 months?
