Superuser Contribution Charged whilst on free trial

I just got my premium account and because you get asked your bank details, they charged me already. No free trial at all.

Globe Payment Method option No where to be found

Tried to subscribe using 129 PHP as a prepaid method, but when i got to the website, the globe payment isn't there.

Superuser Contribution charged multiple times

Hello, on my bank statement it shows 8 pending charges to my account from spotify. why is this happening? I just upgraded to premium today using the student discount.Please help.Thanks.

Charged for premium when I didn't sign up for it

I got a new phone that downloaded the Spotify app when I synced it. I somehow got charged for premium that's pending in my account and I want it taken off!! Both of my devices say may subscription is free. I don't want premium!!!
